★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not know their scope of work as a general contractor. They always bargain the deal very badly with sub-contractor. They need to learn how to pay their subcontractor fairly and on time as well. They are a absolutely cheapest people i have ever seen. all the review who mark 5 points are their own staffs. Stay away with this poor managed company.

It strikes me how thoughtful the AMAN site managers are. They are so busy
& yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs
(ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment).
