I had visited other custom apparel businesses looking for quotes and options and have not heard anything back after weeks of waiting. Dave had on the spot pricing and detailed presentations of our designs and options the next day or same day and was able to make up a quick t-shirt order to have ready for my coaches in a couple days. Customer service is fantastic and he explained every process from printing, silkscreen, heat press, and embroidery. They had no problem at all and were extremely accommodating. Final product was of high quality and craftsmanship. I will use again and won’t hesitate to recommend them either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place for all your embroidery needs. I came in last minute for a Christmas present and Dave and Jane were more than happy to sit down with me and create the best embroidery design. They were so kind and professional, they even did the embroidery right in front of me. Lovely to speak with, very accommodating, and created a beautiful and quality end product. I would 100% recommend that anyone go there for all their screen printing and embroidery needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used Fully Promoted to help us prepare for the Trade Fair & Sale in Sherwood Park. Our backdrop is no longer being produced and Dave went to bat for us with the supplier to get them to make a new cover for it and to ensure the price remained reasonable.
We ordered apparel as well and the service we received was outstanding. We were able to try it on in store, they were speedy and the price is very reasonable.
We will definitely be using them again in the future and appreciated their assistance, especially as we got down the wire. We would also like to note their patience with us as we made multiple changes, was so appreciated.
