★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely dissatisfied with the work that was done on the 36 jackets I dropped off at Logos Plus. The difference between the job that was done on the example jacket I provided versus the jackets embroidered at Logos Plus is unparalleled. There are sections of the letters missing in the word "Neonatology" making the embroidery nearly illegible. I have attached photos. The recipients of the Lululemon jackets have paid $130 each, and now I am in a bind on how I am going to have these repaired. I am definitely not able to give the jackets out in this condition.
I have contacted multiple other embroidery companies and they have been in disbelief that an embroiderer would deliver them to me like this. The other solution is to sew a patch overtop, which is going to be a a very expensive, out-of pocket expense for me. This, along with the intense smell of cigarettes on the jackets has been very disappointing. Since this jackets are entering a hospital, I had to get them professionally dry-cleaned. I have provided this feedback to the owner and have received no response. Overall, working with this company has been a terrible experience.
