★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used R&P for the first time to place a last minute order of 100 t-shirts about 2 weeks ago. They delivered the products on-time, great customer service (I had a rush order), they were great quality, and the price was the best I could find (they had a special on for quantity orders). Great all around experience with this company! Should mention all interaction was done online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give R&P Prints a better review, as our relationship started off on a really good foot - attention to e-mails, etc. However, I've now placed three orders with them, and they've managed to mess something up with each order. The first order I placed, there was a size of shirt missing, the second order - another shirt missing and ink residue on several of the shirts. The third order, four shirts missing and ink residue on several of those shirts. After speaking with a friend of mine, who I referred to R&P, I'm finding out that I am not the only one who has had this issue - her order was also covered in ink residue, and her e-mails went ignored by R&P. I called them today, they claim that this is not their normal business practice, but that it is due to Covid? Strange. Anyway, they claim my order will be here (Edmonton) from Toronto in three business days, so we will see if it arrives, and what shape it is in. Perhaps I will consider changing my review once all of the above is remedied. I have a bunch of shirts on back order from various customers, but am currently very hesitant to send it to R&P due to my experiences.
Edit: June 12, they tried to save face I guess, and send me my package via express purolator - except Purolator was unable to deliver it to me because R&P inputted my address incorrectly. You can't make this stuff up!
