★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST experience I have ever had. Made an appointment at 9am to fix our garage, and by 9:30, Ron still hadn't showed. So, I called him, and he said he FORGOT. Then he told me he had a job to do somewhere else first, and assured me he would be here before 11:00am. It was already 11:15 when he called again saying he was on his way from Millwoods, which takes 15 minutes max to get to our place. Didn't end up arriving until 11:45. To sum it up, he was almost 3 hours late from the scheduled appointment, and did not seem concerned or apologetic at all when he finally showed up, in fact, a single sign of apology was non existent. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour. If you would like your entire day wasted by waiting around for someone who has zero sense of time management, call away! If not, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and attitude. Called RON to come take a look at our garage door and he quoted us a ridiculously high price. He made up that number on the fly. He also had the audacity to walk through our house with his wet dirty boots that left a big mess for us to clean up. We told him we did not want his services for these reasons and he threw a fit. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Avoid this "business" at all costs.

He is polite and very easy to talk with. His quotes are fair and considering it was a weekend, it was more than reasonable.
