We recently needed minor repairs to our roof, and rather than tell us we needed a new roof, we were advised to have a roof tuneup. We will definitely use Roofing with Hart when the time comes to get a new roof. Very impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roofing with Hart was recommended to me for a full roof replacement . The costing was comparable to other companies researched . In addition the Owner attends the site and provides the quote himself, with honesty as to what needs to be done. This enables him to have a one on one discussion with the home owner as to what is needed and how it will be done. He has the knowledge with many years in the industry. His crew were friendly, did a good job and clean up, which was important due to having dogs.

They honored the transfer of warranty and answered all my service requests. I'd recommend Mike and his business any given day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this business - poor communication. Had to follow up twice to get him to our property to take measurements and then never followed through would a quote.
We were told he would come by for a quote on a Monday or Tuesday, no follow up come Tuesday so we called to let them know we were going out and we were told he would call us. We did not receive a call. I followed up again as he’s our neighbour and would like to support local companies. He came by on a Thursday and said he would have the quote that night - a week went by and still no quote so I called again and left a voicemail and no response since this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased that we decided to have our roof installed by Roofing with Hart. Mike and his crew were truly professional and the work performed was fantastic. Mike came out to our house to provide an estimate and tell us a little bit about his company. He explained the entire process in great detail and made us feel very comfortable from the onset. The roof looks amazing and the cleanup was pristine. Once the job was complete, Mike did the final inspection. I would defiantly recommend Roofing with Hart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike was lovely up until the time he got my money. Then was impossible to reach or get help from after that point. I had an issue issue in 2020 (new roof installed late 2019) where water was just flying of my roof and going straight over the gutter and flooding my pathway. After multiple calls with no response and then multiple emails with the same generic response that they would let mike know asap to resolve my issue and multiple weeks passed he finally showed up at my house unannounced. Tells me he can fix but needs to buy something to do it and will return another day. Never heard from him again. Now this past week water started leaking into my dining room from the same area that had a past issue and the reason for replacing the roof in the first place. I called multiple times, have left a message and emailed. No response whatsoever. Wish I could leave 0 star review and I’m shocked to see that many positive reviews. So much for the warranty. It’s a complete lie. Don’t waste your time or money.
