★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the benefit of seeing the behind-the-scenes, inner-workings of Team Alldread BEFORE I hired her as my agent. I worked with her team prior to relocating to a new city, so I witnessed the ‘Kim Alldread’ advantage over and over again. She made it easy to comfortably trust all of her advice and recommendations. She missed no detail, from our staging consult to selling our condo within 24 hours and significantly over asking!!
Kim got us into our DREAM HOME without wasting any time. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home, and she even drove out to a listing appointment by herself when my husband and I couldn’t make it! She sent us in-depth videos of the property and talked us through any red flags, as if she was purchasing the house herself!
She sent us helpful checklists and reminders as our closing date approached: Things to do one month before moving; Two weeks before; all with reminders and customized links for our specific area’s utility services and waste collection details, etc., etc.
Kim gives 150% attention to every single detail of the entire process. She works tirelessly with each client as if they are a close and cherished friend, and she accomplishes results on budget and in a timely manner. Team Alldread and Studio K are second to none! I cannot recommend her and her incredible team more highly!
