I wasn't sure what I wanted so I told her the occasion and he helped me to choose best possible flowers. I was able to walk in the cooler and select exactly the type and color of flowers. The price was perfect. The arrangement she made was perfect and loved it. I will go again and recommend my friends/family.

I left a message after hours expressing my urgent need for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral later that day. Shilpa called me back even before the store opened and after hearing my story, she promised to create an arrangement within my budget and also committed to delivering in time for the service which was to take place in under 3 hours. Her kindness almost brought me to tears as a previous florist had berated me for expecting help with such a short timeline. Shilpa did not disappoint. She created a gorgeous arrangement that was a beautiful feature for the service and helped to convey how much we wished we could have attended the service in person. I no longer live in the Edmonton area but I have many friends and relatives there and Panda is my new, "go to" for flowers. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so.

Unfortunately flowers started wilting very quickly to the point were things looked pretty bad after six days. Not good but not the time to lash out. I called the shop this morning. The lady that answered the phone was kind and apologetic. She suggested that this was not common and asked if I would come by the store. So I did. I left the store most pleased. Their solution was quick, efficient and more than adequate to make up for an issue that was really out of their control. Thank you Panda Flowers.

I called from Ontario to have an arrangement delivered to a family member in Sherwood Park and asked for the designer’s choice. You can see the result in the pic.
