★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve ordered from here for work pizza Tuesday’s for the last few weeks. Such great pizza and they cooked it perfectly for us. Bacon cheesy bread is worth the calories lol Delivery person (young man) is very pleasant and the food always arrives hot and fresh. 5 star all around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I absolutely love Papa Murphy's! A while back I ordered 4 pizzas, and upon picking them up and bringing them home I realized there was an error and they had added onions on all 4, when asked not to. I phoned in as it was too late to return, or pick up another and they were so apologetic and put 4 free pizzas on my account for future pickups! Each time I have called, the manager herself has remembered me and what happened. The fact they owned their mistake, and made it right for the customer shows EXCEPTIONAL customer experience and care. Love this location, the people are great, they are very quick to get the pizzas put together for you and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you again!

We revisted this location today and had the worst experience ever! Not only was the store filthy, but the pizzas weren't up to par. Usually all ingredients including the sauce are measured out, today they weren't and you can tell.The toppings were sparse, if it was the end of the day we'd assume maybe they were busy but this was around 12:30pm!
Extremely disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular customer at this location. Loved their pizzas, freshly made. Their staff is amazing. Always try their best to be as fast as possible.
One best thing about this location is that if there is some mistake , they never cover up. Always admit and correct it. That shows how much they value their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After ordering online, I received confirmation that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived they hadn't even started my order. I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I understand that they had a lot of orders to do but after waiting that long, I got home and seen that my s'mores dessert was burnt. I could not even have one bite, it was rock hard. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? This location is now my favourite place to get pizza. I used to make my own homemade pizza but why bother when everything from Papa Murphy's is fresh and is cheaper than making your own?
We have been ordering from here since we moved to Sherwood Park in Febuary and have yet to have a bad experience... I can't say that about any other pizza place that I have ordered from in the past 20 years.
Keep up the amazing work and quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been frequenting this location for awhile. It is not only the excellent service but also how well they make their pizza that has kept my wife and I coming back. My wife is celiac and has never had an issue. I would like to give Sonya a shout out for always being extra helpful and friendly, definitely a big reason that's kept us happy returning customers over the past several months!
