★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff. Usually banks are uncomfortable or annoying for me but the ladies that helped me were amazing. Friendly, fast and so so helpful. I won't be going to any other banks anymore, these guys are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely incompetent, went in to exchange a large sum of money asked if they could match exchange rate. I was told the manager was in a meeting??? So someone would need to call me back within an hour? You mean no one in the entire branch could help me, teller calls me back and says I will need to come back in as they did not understand my request wow. So I said don't worry about it your loss! This is after watching the same teller not even be able to count 500USD for another client and actually shortchanged them thankfully the person noticed? Must not even need a high school degree to work at a bank anymore?
