★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful service. I've been here for physio. Navdeep has an exceptional knowledge base on anatomy. She also specializes in pelvic floor and TMJ therapy (and others, except I've forgotten).
The team would not be complete without Balpreet and Jacqueline. They all work seamlessly together. Great atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Navdeep at Emerald Hills Physio quite early on in my twin pregnancy for the intense and very uncomfortable back pain that I was having. I was also experiencing some pelvic discomfort that went away once we began addressing the back pain and doing exercises and relaxation for the pelvic floor. I would highly recommend anyone who is experiencing any discomfort or pain to go to physio! Navdeep was patient in listening to my aches and pains and came up with a plan to help that continues to change throughout my pregnancy based on my needs and my growing belly. I'm very glad she is able to give me the strategies to feel better! Our bodies change so much in pregnancy and it is incredibly helpful to have informative people who can help us make those transitions into motherhood with a bit more ease and grace.

They do direct billing which is VERY helpful for those of us that must produce long paper trails when filing a claim. Thank-you so much for this!!!
They provide your excercises on a helpful App or by paper copy (I love the App…open it up and follow along)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think what I like most is that from the moment you walk in through the door to the moment you walk out through the door, the entire staff were attentive, professional and caring. They listened to my issues, curtailed a treatment plan that was easy and readily doable at home, and constantly checked in during treatment to make sure all was well. Felt more like a spa visit than a therapy treatment. And we all deserve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience here. Pelvic floor therapy helped in all ways after having 2 babies within 3 years. I also had dry needling done on my hip and within one session it was already 80% better. I highly recommend Emerald Hills Physiotherapy!

Not to mention they are so accommodating when it comes to rescheduling appointments if necessary. Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to physio many times in my life with sports injuries and this is by far the best physio I have ever been to. Dr Muthu is amazing! I got diagnosed with MS recently and could barely walk or feel most of my body and within a month it is a night and day difference. I have never felt so grateful! His knowledge was better than any other physiotherapist I have had and he goes into detail with any questions I have. With the he knowledge and exercises he had given me will help me keep up the progression of getting better. The way the staff treat me is better than any other physio I have been to. Starting with the front of house staff, the helpers in the back (sorry can't remember the name of the position) and then the physiotherapist. Which are all absolutely amazing! Thank you to all the staff at Emerald Hills Physio! I'm recovering much faster than I could ever imagine!

After a bad fall which left me with daily headaches and an unbalanced stride, I visited Emerald Hills Physio on a regular basis for 4 months.
