Lifemark rehabilitation services
Lifemark is the rehabilitation division of Lifemark Health Group, and while physiotherapy remains a core service, we have expanded to meet patient needs and now offer multi-disciplinary services including mental health, massage therapy, occupational therapy, kinesiology, chiropractic, and sport therapy.
As leaders in all we do, Lifemark therapists have developed specialty physiotherapy-based services within our clinics. Our vestibular (dizziness and balance), cancer, pelvic and concussion rehabilitation services all make a positive impact on the lives of Canadians today.

Promoting movement to a better life through sports
As a National Partner of Special Olympics Canada, we work with the organization to reveal the full potential of Special Olympic athletes by improving their health and fitness. We provide healthcare services through the Healthy Athletes program, assistance at events across the country, and post-event care for injured athletes at our clinics across Canada.

In my first visit, she was very Empathetic and it made me feel really good that after my accident someone could understand what I was going through. My body was stiff & sore but the massage therapy by Rashmi really helped me out. She is absolutely amazing. If you looking for a massage therapy please book with Rashmi.
The whole staff is just wonderful including the front desk staff and the Physiotherapist Anand Sylem.

I've since incorporated her advice in my daily routine and it has made a tremendous difference. If you want cupping, Debie can do this, too.
I especially like how each therapist at this clinic has access to your file and they work together to give you the most complete treatment. It makes a difference.

The integrated approach to my treatment included physiotherapy services as well, and having everything under one roof allowed for a better overall level of care. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to get a few massages from Debie, who is so kind and welcoming and made me feel very safe. She does amazing work and has made me feel so relaxed!! I love that she asks you if you are comfortable and to tell her if she is using too much pressure. It can be daunting to get a massage from someone you have never met but she took away all that nervousness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
I also have been going to Anand for my physio, and he is equally amazing. He has given me wonderful exercises to do which have so helped my progress. He is very kind and welcoming as well which is so important when you are dealing with your health! I appreciate all the work he has been doing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
