I respected him greatly so I asked where he had gone to get his hearing aids. He told me about Living Sounds and I have been very happy with the care, the aids, the followup to name a few, for many years now! I have always received excellent care. The staff are knowledgeable, well informed and always willing to help. When there is a problem they will work diligently to solve it and if they cannot they send the hearing aid to the Company to find the problem. I highly recommend this dedicated group of people!

Be careful with this agency.

I couldn’t hear. Like a lot of things in life, if you don’t have anything to compare it to, you really don’t know what it’s SUPPOSED to be like. Registered Audiologist, Veronica Gusikoski, has made my life a lot more enjoyable. She is a caring, confident and knowledgeable professional that guides you through the process, one step at a time and enables you to learn easily. She recommended a product that suited me best and it couldn’t be better. Discrete, comfortable, adaptive and the best part….it’s Bluetooth friendly! A hearing test is quick and easy. Call the super friendly receptionist, Erin, and she’ll arrange a convenient appointment for you.

She listened carefully to my ailments during the testing; explained my diagnosis thoroughly; assisted me in selecting the most suitable type of aids; demonstrated all attributes of using them ; informed me of what to expect for the first while and followed up with adjustments improving the sound even more . I am thrilled ! Hearing aids have greatly improved my quality of life.

The audiologist was very friendly,but efficient. She spoke very clearly so I was able to understand her. She even remembered that I need her to wear a shield instead of a mask so that I can understand her!
