Initially, I was bringing my parents in for service with their hearing aids and now mine are included. Over the course of the last twenty one months, Betty and Elaine have been wonderful and professional in every instance and I would confidently recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Both Betty and Elaine were Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was my firs time getting a test and I did not know what to expect. Both of them took the time to explain to me in detail the process and the expected results. I felt very comfortable and safe and left having a good understanding of what was happening with my hearing. Would definitely go back. Highly recommend to everyone!

I highly recommend them for hearing aids and other devices to help you improve your ability to interact with the world on your terms. After getting my hearing aids I’ve been able to be more socially interactive, understand people in a noisy environment and learn more about adaptive technology. They make a huge difference in supporting my hearing and my mental health because of their knowledge and empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with how caring, knowledgeable and helpful the Audiologist is. I needed an emergency appointment and she was able to accommodate me the same day! I had sudden ear loss and laryngitis so was having difficulty speaking or hearing. So I didn’t quite get the Dr’s name lol Very friendly staff! Thank you Belton Hearing Center!

Before each test we walked through what was going to happen etc.
I now look back at some of the other tests I've had and wonder, why did they even bother. These tests covered a wide range of checks which was fun to learn about.
Anyways, check it out. Great place to go
