My MIL went in to have my deceased Grandfathers hearing aids adjusted for her own needs (she doesn't have coverage for new ones) and arrived a wee bit before closing and the receptionist was Extremely rude to her. She asked why she isn't buying new ones (like that's any of her business) and that she would have to come back another day cause she didn't have time. She indicated that they would have to make sure the my MIL didn't steal the hearing aids, after my MIL explained where they came from. I called to express my concern on how they treated this mobile challenged Senior (over 80 years old and VERY SICK) and she proceeded to yell at me on the phone... I actually had to say goodbye... I wear hearing aids too and she was actually hurting my ears (oh and I did tell her that I wear them). TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service... guess they lost a lot of money btw 2 people who are wear hearing aids in this family. TAKE YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS!
