Dr. Josh Sedens is fantastic DC who tailors his adjustments to match how I've preferred getting treated in the past. He took extra time to address a nagging injury I've been dealing with - and it has felt great ever since. Thankful to have a DC I can trust for treatments when I'm in the Edmonton area. I would highly recommend this clinic to others!

I was referred to Josh from a friend after feeling like my current chiro was simply 'going through the motions', a quick adjustment and reschedule me two weeks later. SO glad I switched. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable about different treatments to help with an old lower back injury that sometimes flares up, improving my posture, releasing my jaw and TMJ pain, takes the time to explain everything to me, and doesn’t pressure me to come more often than I need, I could go on. He is approachable, ensures you are very comfortable, and the office is decorated in a bright, beautiful, 'mid cen mod' way that I love. Anyways, go to him, you and your back will be happy that you did

In my first consultation he gave me a breakdown of his practice and what to expect. Before carrying out any of his sessions he always ensures I'm comfortable and takes the time to explain what he's going to do. You can tell he cares about his clients, is knowledgeable, and loves what he does. I recommend Sport and Spine to anyone looking for a Chriopractor!

He spends time on treatments, explains everything along the way and uses a variety of treatment methods to address the source of the problem. I’ve had better results in a month here then months of treatments from a standard chiropractor. Office is very clean and modern. Dr Sedens has been very helpful in my recovery from a weight lifting injury.
