This place is 2 minutes from our house which is great. You can get deals on Groupon that I highly recommend because floats are a little pricey. The ambience and atmosphere inside is very calming and l really love how woodsy the look is. Floating is such a cool experience. I recommend it to whoever is interested. I will definitely try again. This will be my bfs 3rd float and he absolutely loves it. Floating is perfect for recharging your body and mind. Wish we had my own at home!

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE Float Wellness! We travel from west of Edmonton specifically to this sweet little establishment to heal our body and mind. We have tried a number of float establishments and not one can compare to the standard of cleanliness and positive energy that Laara and the staff provide. We are so thrilled that these kind of small businesses are able to make it a go and continue to offer such a healing experience. I highly recommend trying a float more than once. The first time can often be a challenge but once you surrender there is nothing more healing. Take it to the next level and treat yourself to a massage post float. Thank you so much, Laara!

The reflexology here is unbelievable, this was my first time and it was amazing. The reflexologist was very sweet and is truly amazing at what she does. Highly recommend!!

After a decade of failing to find just the right RMT, I gave up and went without for years. Since my float sessions were wonderful here, I decided to try a massage. I ended up having the BEST experience with Hannah. When I feel like I've actually had therapy (not just an expensive nap), when nerve pain and tight muscles are released, THAT is worth revisiting! She was really helpful with exercises for desk-related RSIs, too. Can't wait for the next appt!

DO NOT BOOK- unsanitary and bad service. If you’re expecting a luxe, relaxing retreat this is NOT IT. I booked 2 packages (6 treatments total) for the day. It started with a multitude of lengthy paperwork, you have to complete all the same information over and over for each form. It took 25 minutes to complete all 6. As soon as I entered I was greeted with about 20 signs with orders to not stomp, to remove shoes, to put on dirty communal slippers, to whisper, to wear a mask, to sanitize my hands… it was more like reading the health and safety board at work than a relaxing start to a wellness experience. The person who I assume to be the owner/manager immediately began berating me for having brightly colored hair and that it would ruin her tanks- I assured her I hadn’t coloured my hair in well over a month, had brought a latex swim cap and my own towels just in case (their policy lists hair should be at least 2 weeks past colouring) then in the middle of the lobby with zero privacy, she began to tell me how I could cost them a hefty cleaning bill, and asked me a bunch of personal questions that made me very uncomfortable. I immediately offered to cancel my float to put an end to things. She then insisted I go ahead with it and offered to give me “ratty towels”. We had to then watch a presentation on an iPad of everything we shouldn’t do while in the room before being escorted to our sessions. I went to the washroom before my session and it was out of toilet paper- when I mentioned this, the owner chided me for not checking the under sink cupboards. The pod room didn’t have makeup wipes or any of the amenities they claim to offer. Then once in the room I had another 2 people explain all over again the same items I’d reviewed on the website, in the waiver, and the iPad presentation . It all felt very clinical, and not at all what I’ve experienced from other float places. There was more of concern of mitigating risk, than making the client feel comfortable. The sauna was decent, very tiny, but did the job. The float tank was filthy and at this facility they don’t drain the tanks between users. There was black dots and marks all along the caulking- I’ll be honest if I had seen that when I entered I would have cancelled the entire appointment. The massage was in a brightly lit room right next to the main foyer- they played baby lullaby covers of top 40 pop songs which felt like a strange choice. Unfortunately the music couldn’t cover the noise from people entering- I heard the entire exchange of someone purchasing a gift card, a staff member coming in for work etc. the walls were paper thin. The majority of the massage was done through the sheets, which I thought was just a warm up, but that was it. Very little pressure, and not at all therapeutic. The entire experience of our couples day was a bust and I was heartbroken to have wasted so much money. The overall impression I get is that they invested good money to get this business up and running but are pinching Pennies on the monthly overhead costs- and you can definitely feel it. I can appreciate COVID has been tough on the personal care industry so I do feel for these businesses. Do yourself a favor and give this place a pass. There are better facilities that create a more memorable, stress free guest experience.

If you're having trouble finding the right RMT, look no further! Hands down the best massages I've ever had. Madison is so kind and professional, and just went above my expectations. Whether you're looking for relaxation or deep-tissue, Madison is very very thorough and really listens to what you are needing done! Strongest hands around! Also very willing to adapt and try new methods. Float Wellness has an amazing atmosphere, so clean and all staff go above and beyond to make you feel good about yourself! This is definitely the only place I will be going moving forward.

As working at another Spa I was very hesitant in trying something new. That being said it was DEFINITELY worth it, $160 for three services is above and beyond my expectations. The float was relaxing and calming, my massage therapist listened to what I needed to be worked on and did just that. To end with the sauna was great after getting my muscles worked through! Staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend and will come back!
