Rented a condo apartment 1 bedroom from Celtic Property Management July 15/20 to August 10/21. I had no issues with Celtic the whole time I rented with them. When I requested a non renewal to my lease rental they were friendly and professional. I was taken care of by rental manager Teresa Bashuk. She responded quickly to all my requests and even came up with solutions to where I could move next. We had the final inspection done quickly as well. Teresa was friendly when we met and a pleasure to work with. Amazingly to my happy surprise I received my security deposit the very next day after final inspection via etransfer. I would like to Thank Teresa and Celtic Property Management for their Five star treatment with me. I would recommend them and trust them to anyone renting in Edmonton or wherever Celtic offers their services. Just a last word or two. I don't trust easily when it comes to lease contracts and security deposits. I'm so happy to say with Celtic Property Management I was so pleasantly surprised. Great handling Celtic!

Our condo board has been using Celtic Management for the last 18 months and I cannot begin to explain how helpful and prompt Andrea (manager) is at responding to emails and following though on things that I need addressed in an efficient and timely manner. I have had nothing but positive things to say about Andrea and her helpfulness. We had a different management company prior and often you would have to reach out multiple times before you ever heard back, but Andrea is the exact opposite of that. It would be out of character if I do not hear back from her same day. I received an invoice from Celtic that was over a year late and a total surprise to me. I was frustrated that the work being done had never been discussed and to get a bill for almost $1000 for an issue that I was never informed additional trades were needed and had already paid the other bills was frustrating and a hard hit during these times. I reached out to the owner of the company for more clarification and for them to justify all the additional work and she was quick to answer all of my questions line by line and we were able to reach a resolution quickly about this matter. I appreciate Keri taking the time to reply to my emotional email and respond in a fair way that took ownership for their lateness as well. These times are difficult for everyone so I appreciate her showing kindness and compassion. I know that they are doing their best as a business and I truly appreciate everything Andrea does for our Condo. They may not be perfect, but they are pretty darn close and I feel much more confident with them managing our building than I did prior to this issue arising. Thank you Andrea for all you do for our building and Keri for taking the time to deal with my concerns and offering a resolution quickly.

Have owned property under Celtic management for almost a year now, they've been attentive and present. receive outdoor maintenance regularly with good quality work and the only time I had an issue arise they were quick to respond and took appropriate action to resolve. very pleased.

I've been renting a condo unit from them since 2015 and they've always been fast to respond to situations. Celtic is helpful, able to assist, and makes exceptions when needed or requested. I'm glad to have been renting from them for as long as I have as past rental situations haven't been ideal. With Celtic, there hasn't been a worry about a situation that couldn't be taken care of.

Unfortunately I’ve been a customer of Celtic for many years. I’ve dealt with various condo management firms over the years in both Alberta and BC. Of those, Celtic has been the worst. In emergencies you can’t reach them, just an answering service that goes nowhere. Office staff are unprofessional. They sent me an essentially handwritten bill for $30,000 in an insurance claim without so much as a phone call or discussion beforehand, it was covered (finally) by my insurer but there were significant gaps in how they’d kept records and how money flowed to various repair companies, so not much oversight. We haven’t had a general meeting in over two years (granted, the Board should be stepping up to deal with that). They claim it’s due to Covid (apparently Celtic can’t manage a virtual meeting like the rest of the world does). I find it offensive that they offer a possible financial reward for positive reviews on here, which defeats the whole purpose of reviews (and really, tells you all you need to know about this group). Understand that this is a particularly terrible industry in general to deal with and to a large extent you’re stuck with what you get. However there are better options out there, definitely seek them out and do your due diligence.

Andrea is the Property Manager for our complex and she has been the Manager for several years. She is diligent & she thinks of everything. Today our parking lot is to be cleared of snow & it is -30 & there is a parking bank issued by the City. Instead of towing vehicles left in the lot to be impounded - Andrea arranged for the tow company to just move them around the lot & return the vehicle once the lot has been cleared. In the summer our lawns are mowed weekly & my company always remarks on how clean & tidy the complex looks. Thank you Andrea for all that you consistently do.

I was a former long term tenant 15 years ago in units of an apartment that Celtic Mgmt had managed and had a great experience with them then, so when i was recently looking for accommodations to rent I came back to Celtic. Like my former place and experience with Celtic, I am very pleased so far!!! The unit is great and perfect for my needs, good value and the Celtic staff are very friendly and responsive as they always have been.

I absolutely can’t say enough about the personalized positive communication I received from Teresa at this company. We’ve been renting with Celtic for several years and they treat you like you really matter to them. We’ve never had a rental company remember our names let alone go way beyond the call to make everything work out. Bravo Celtic Group of Companies.
