It is always a pleasure interacting with the store manager, as he clearly takes pride in providing a great experience to the customer and I always leave feeling like my business is valued. Most times the staff are very good here. Ask about sales or ask about products and he says oh read the wall, well your not busy and no customer in store so you can answer my questions as that's your job. Lots of people don't have work right now so if you can't be polite and answer questions then don't work plain and simple

The staff are very friendly and answer all questions you may ask. Prices are definitely cheaper than most other places and offer a wide variety of weed going from straight flower to edible/drinkables and dab/vape carts. The location fits nicely next the trailer park and summer wood area.

I know when I shop at this location I will leave with a great product at a fair price. It is nice that the displays are fresh every time I shop there giving me more to look at than simply a menu. I highly recommend this location!

Billy would not walk out from behind the counter, nor was he helpful identifying the right product on the board. After I said I have vision problems. I brought the container and he said he would not touch it - store policy? I asked for help and he made me feel unvalued as a customer and discrimnated against. As I was walked out he laughed at me to his coworker. Rude person and should not be in customer service.
T	Travis R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of the squirrelly little man that seems to call you buddy before and after he speaks. Went in and saw a different strand that I’ve never encountered before. Well these bud tenders aren’t actually trying to help you find something you will enjoy. The tend to push and up sell you on stuff that they shouldn’t even be bringing in because no one wants low quality stuff at a high $ value. Because of these tactics, will not step foot in this location again. My advice, stick to what you know and do not entertain the thought of having these budtenders “helping” you out. They have menus for a reason and you don’t see people working in the liquor stores jump down your neck the moment you step in and try and up sell you garbage. And it seems to be the mantra within Valuebuds, over bearing workers. Also their prices aren’t that much different from Other cannabis stores, don’t really see the value at all when I can go to any other cannabis store and get what I want for the same price and not having it be expired.

I went in today unsure of what to get and Chris helped to get me what I needed and even gave me recommendations I needed without me knowing. I wish their website was more accurate and user-friendly but Chris did say this was something they were working on. Either way, Value Buds can get you what you need and for a low price (compared to competitors).

They usually give my pup a treat and even have a water dish, but sadly it's often dry. Friendly knowledgeable staff, always eager to help. It's my choice shop since they opened there. Recommended.
