Today I watch budtender Xana help me after having to deal with a very unpleasant customer while staying professional herself. Great job Xana you are an important part of the team and keep up the good work.

Treated her horribly, but she managed to handle the guy with great leadership skills and was attentively treating him with respect while he cut her down. Very professional work Xana.
