★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Long time customer here and I regret it as soon as talking to the so called "branch manager" Rene. I would recommended a different role for her maybe something that doesn't require customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably frustrating. It's near impossible to get an actual human from the branch to answer the phone (unless you know their extension or correct name spelling). Not what you need unless you know someone at the branch personally. I hate answering services like this whereby you're just re-directed in a continual weir, wasting loads of time, and never actually getting through to anyone that could help (because you're eventually transferred to the National support line. . .not the branch you actually need to deal with). Rinse and repeat, over and over. Not sour grapes, just needed to put it in writing. To no avail I'm certain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would've given 0 stars if that was possible. Really bad customer service. The tellers always promise to follow up but haven’t even contacted me once regarding my cheque book. They ordered it more than 2 months ago, and I visited the branch 3 times to see if they really ordered it or not. Then again, the teller told me they put in express shipping for it but when I called canada post, they showed me that its just regular shipping. The least they could do is stop lying to their customers
