He has an incredible understanding of the industry and that combined with his technical saavy ensures you are in great hands. We were able to have transparent conversations with Scott; who understood selling a home is a big decision. And respected that. In the end, selling our home wasn’t the right decision for us - but he was with us every step of the way. We put him through bit of a roller coaster; and behind the scenes his efforts have no match. We posted our acreage with the McMillan team and the experience was excellent. Scott set up a meeting with his wife (Stacey)to talk about staging ideas, which was very informative. Then they followed up with a video of our acreage which was amazing.
We always had lots of notice during showings which was nice and they locked which was good but we forget to take a key with us when we left through the garage, we called Scott and he and his sister Kelly came out and let us in and actually sat and socialized on our deck looking at the city lights which allowed to get to know his family better.
When our home did receive offers we were out of country and Scott handled everything with no pressure on us.
As we had such a good experience our kids used them for their Realestate needs and Scott hooked me up with a realtor when we were purchasing outside his area.
I would definitely use Scott and the McMillan team if we were buying or selling again.

He did a very professional video when I first reached out to him, so I was well informed on all I needed to know about the market value and comparables for my property. We held off on listing to get maximum impact for the market cycles: We got a great buyer a week in and even when things looked that they might fall through, he worked things out and got the job done. He coordinated with my friend and property manager to make sure things went smoothly, minimizing any stress for me.
He came highly recommended from some great professionals I trust, and I’ll be using and recommending Scott for all my property needs in the Edmonton area in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred to The MacMillan Team by a close friend. We have relocated 12 times and have had many experiences both good and bad when dealing with realtors. I have to tell you that the level of service we received from Kelly, Scott and the rest of the team was by far the best experience we have ever had. Kelly's knowledge of the market at the time we were purchasing was incredibly accurate. She knew exactly what the home was worth and was very confident it what we were offering. Kelly knew the location well and relayed to us all the information we needed to feel like we were making the best choice for us. Kelly was available for many follow up questions and referrals that we were looking for.
When it came time to sell our home and relocate again, we did not hesitate to call the MacMillan Team. Scott was our realtor and had to deal with our relocation company, which can be challenging. Scott has great knowledge of the market and what is trending. He was always available for questions and is very professional, at the same time I felt like we were dealing with a family friend. Scott's advise is accurate to what is happening in the market and fair.
We have referred the MacMillan Team to family and friends and would love the chance to work with them once again if we relocate back to Alberta.
