Haven’t heard from them for 3 weeks, nothing. Went elsewhere and got superb service. Very disappointed in Tranzat Vacations, as we have been dealing with them for the last 5 years or so.

She has the best recommendations for cities and countries to explore and which hotels have the amenities we are looking for. Pamela was extremely helpful , gave us options and did a lot of research so we got the best deal. Through covid she was amazing as I had to cancel my trip to Europe. The vacations were not your norm bookings and included cruises, trip to Tahiti , Jamaica and st Lucia. These vacations included air hotels VIP custom service and private car. All vacations were excellently planned and all went to plan do to the excellent service and follow up by Melanie.
