C	CCT Inc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired Mack’s in November 2021 for a full winter snow removal contract at 5 properties for 5 months. ($4500.00 annual contract). Outlined the requirements for each property and Shawn (owner) agreed they could fulfill and provided a contract that was agreed including a 30day cancellation policy to protect both parties. They failed to complete properly from the beginning as they didn’t have reliable staff or equipment. Consistently provided proper shovels etc to complete the tasks. We attempted to work with them, to allow them to get organized as they seemed to require some guidance and the owner agreed and acted appreciative. However, When the 1st monthly invoice was received there was exaggerated additional fees and we still provided payment in full as we expected the contract to be fulfilled, they cancelled the immediately and left multiple elderly family members (4 properties out of the 5) without snow removal for weeks during a recent extreme cold snap. When we requested some sort of remedy, they failed to return calls and made false claims and lies about the contract. We will be forced to take legal actions to attempt to remedy the situation and costs already incurred. BBB has been also contact. Poor Workmanship, Horrible Customer Service, Shady business owner without actual staff.

It simply looks amazing and worth every penny. Fantastic customer service and communication from the team. Will definitely be using them in a regular basis and would recommend to anyone!!
