★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a jacket in to have the zipper replaced and they lost it. The lady at the store kept repeating "people pick up without a receipt". Curious as to why she didn't confirm a name and phone number before handing the jacket over? They did pay what we asked for the jacket, but not once did they apologize for losing it. Quite the opposite in fact, the manager yelled at us because "now he has to have security policies and it's all our fault". He says he feels sorry for all his customers because of us. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but as for their customer service, it is by far the worst I've ever encountered! This was the first we have ever used them and will be definitely be the last. Highly recommend to avoid at all cost!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took something in to be dry cleaned and they didn’t get the stain out (the only reason this outfit even needed to be dry cleaned) and still had to pay a full $30 for it.. so next time I’ll just go somewhere where they can actually do the “cleaning” part.

jeans, pants, blouses, dresses & shirts & has done a superb job. I've been very happy with her services. She is friendly, kind and polite. She has repaired dozens of items, both clothes and non-clothing cloth items: cloth bags, sheets
and a handmade quilt, among other items.
