★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a few weeks ago but I finally got around to it.
I wanted to say that I called in and said that I was looking for a new mattress. I was on a tight schedule with working out of town. It was going to be late when I got to the store. Kale said no problem. Myself and my wife got greeted so professionally 15 minutes before close.. Kale could have sold us anything I'm sure but he wasn't satisfied until we tried everything. Once we finally decided on our new mattress he still took the time to discuss Marvle comics and cars. By the time he had helped us load the matress into the truck it was well after an hour after closing time. Amazing experience.
To follow up. I went back and said the bed didn't feel the same way as I thought it should.. and that it sank a bit. He told me that I could take it back no problem. Even after having it for 2 weeks. He asked me what I felt was wrong and I described it. He then said I should look at the bed frame.. and sure enough it was bent from dragging it around the room.
I have full intentions to never buy from anyone else. Thanks Kale for your awesome customer service!

Kale helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and gave us a great price on a new mattress, bedframe, and sheet set. I will be recommending this store to anybody who needs a new bed.

Kale is very easy to talk with, knowledgeable on the products they sell & will make sure you are getting the right bed for your needs. If you aren't happy, they aren't happy. Mattresses are made in Calgary, so again, supporting local. Fantastic customer service from everyone from the time you walk in the door to delivery & set up if you need that too. I absolutely love my adjustable bed & super comfy mattress, highly recommend shopping here!

He went over all the different kinds of beds that they offered and was able to help me chose the best bed and was able to get it for me at an amazing price! If I ever need any bedding or sleeping accessories, I’ll be sure to go back! He knew his stuff and made the process super easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there just knowing that we need king size mattress. Kale helped us on every step. Unfortunately our first choice wasn't best choice for us (Kale tried to told us ,but we didn't listen his advice). We went back to ask for help and again ,Kale and everyone in store went above and beyond our best expectations.
Now we have best king size mattress ( for us). There is no more back pain for me. We sleep good, we don't waking up being tired.
Thank you Kale , you saved me(my back are fully recovered in just couple of months - just because of good mattress)

He walked me through the pros and cons of a few beds and I walked away with an awesome Alberta made bed that Kale helped design. Delivery happened 2 days later, they took away my old mattress and boxspring, no muss, no fuss. 5 great nights of sleep later. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Love Lost! This could have easily been a five star review if I hadn't exchanged my mattress. I was very excited about finding and supporting a local family owned shop that sold AB made mattresses. There was no sales pressure and they gave me several discounts on a floor model. In fact, I told two friends about them. When I came back to exchange my $1700 mattress for a softer $1200 one, they said they'd do a straight exchange. When I pointed out I'd be losing $500 they offered free delivery. When they finally agreed to give me store credit, they didn't give me a single discount on the other floor model or free delivery. They lost my trust and my business.
