★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought washing machine and dryer from here, elbow connector for the drier was broken on arrival. Tried to have it replaced and was refused. That alone wouldn't have bothered me so much, but the customer service rep was super rude about it and in no way accommodating. Don't shop here.

He was very professional and answered all our questions with positive feedback. Arthur welcomed us into the store in a super friendly upbeat and non-pressured way, helped us through the entire process and made us feel like we were part of the family. 100% will be going there for all our future needs and would recommend anyone else to do the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been trying to make a big decision on purchasing a new couch for quite a while now. I had visited this location plenty of times and brought numerous friends and family members in with me to give their opinion on the couch that I was interested in. Arthur and Oksana warmly welcomed me every single time I walked in that door and even remembered my name! They were a pleasure to deal with and were so helpful in answering any annoying questions I came up with. They really knew their stuff and never once made me feel pressured. They were always happy to help. Even tho this sectional was almost 2x as much as the other one I was interested in from a different furniture store I felt more secure with this choice from the Brick because of the extra protection they have to offer as well as the many different financing options they have to choose from. The delivery was prompt and on time. I am very pleased with the way my new sectional looks in my living room. A big thank you to The Brick Fort Saskatchewan for making my experience perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am overwhelmingly disappointed in the Brick. We purchased a new dryer and it was delivered. Unfortunately the connection elbow to install the dryer was broken on delivery. I was never notified of a 48 hour limitation.
Mind you, this delivery was an hour and a half later than the window given for delivery.
When I finally had time to go in and seek a replacement, the customer service representative (a younger women white brown hair) was incorrigible. Incredibly rude and unpleasant before we had really begun asking about the replacement. She informed us that we needed to pay for our replacement (since it was more than 48hours), even though the item was broken upon delivery, the delivery was late, and her service was terrible. It's $30 to replace but honestly I don't intend to give the Brick another dollar for such terrible service.
