★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food has always been delicious at this location. Our most recent takeout experience was a little lack lustre though. Placed our order through their app and it was scheduled to be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready, and it still wasn't ready. It took an additional 15 minutes for our order to be ready. The other thing that was annoying was that none of the employees acknowledged myself and another customer that were waiting for our mobile app orders even though we were standing in front of the mobile orders pick up tables. The other customer's order was already ready and waiting, yet he had been standing there for 10 minutes until he was acknowledged. I would've given them less stars, but this was the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. Hopefully they pull it together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not know what to expect when I chose to eat at Edo Japan. Now I do. It’s like “Japanese” fast food. However, there was just a hint of Japanese in their cooking, and the food didn’t taste good. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken bento box, but the rice in my California rolls were not soft as it’s supposed to be - it was weirdly crunchy on the edges. The chicken was so-so. It really was fast food quality. It’s like Panda Express, but Panda Express is way better. And when I got home, I felt a bit sick. I must say though that the cashier (Kelsey) was friendly and very pleasant - for that, I added another star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shut this place down. Absolutely awful. Half hour wait for the wrong order and meat that wasn’t cooked , they served multiple people in front of me meat that was not cooked . Nice work guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered california rolls waited 1/2 hour. I know it was busy but when 2 other seperate orders of rolls came out that ordered after me is not right. I went to them to tell them and they couldnt find my order, and all they said was sorry! That's bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice, but the food was just not good and the pieces of sushi are so small now. Kind of a rip off.
Also don't get the bubble tea - it's really gross. The milk they used almost tasted sour.

They know how important customer service is to their business and appreciate their customers. I will definitely be back and bring family and friends with me! Way to run a resturant!!!? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to Sherwood park instead.
They give half the amount of good In their rice bowls that they used to give.
The California rolls are also half the size they’re supposed to be and they didn’t provide soy sauce.
The yam tempura is over done and they didn’t provide the dipping sauce for that either.
I informed them of this prior to this review and all they said was that we should have checked our order before leaving (sorry you routinely do such a poor job that you recommend checking the order before leaving) or we can come back for a sauce. Well that’s difficult when you live out of town and trusted that they knew how to prepare your food the way every other Edo you’ve been to does.
