S	Song Bird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the butcher at Safeway Fort Saskatchewan. I went into the store last Sunday, December 12, 2021 and asked for a 1 1/2 pound pork loin roast. What I actually received was a pork rib roast which is not what I asked for, but it was wrapped up and I didn’t know. When I arrived at my clients house and dropped off all the groceries including the receipt I found later that it was a pork rib roast that I purchased. $18.36 and the roast was tossed. Apparently they cooked it and it was full of grizzle and non-edible. I guess Safeway is not the place to shop for meat unfortunately I figured asking a butcher for what I wanted I would have received what I asked for this is not the case in the Fort Saskatchewan Safeway butcher department. In the past I’ve always had good customer service in the store, but since it is changed hands the Customer Service has just gone downhill and I figured it was time I articulated this as I’m done shopping there
M	Marissa Briones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge, bright, and clean supermarket. They have a good selection of items in each category. They also have a deli, fresh flowers, and a Starbucks inside. Prices are just a bit more compared to Walmart, but you can get good discounts with a Safeway card. They also have free WiFi for shoppers. There’s ample parking in front.

H	Heather Tait on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time Safeway customer and staff is always fab, BUT am not impressed with how the Compliments brand is being pushed on us customers. Each month I've noticed more and more Compliments discount stock thereby limiting customer choice by reducing quality brands that we all know and enjoy. YES, quality matters! Way too many discount products at quality brand prices! IF, I wanted to buy no name brands then I'd shop at Walmart, Extra Foods or Super Store. Beyond frustrating!
