★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty store. Stood around at the counter reading the menu. Looked over my phone. Cashier was busy picking up an order. Waited. Waited. Waited. Soon 5/10 minutes had passed and we had not been acknowledged. No "hello" or "just a minute". Even when a Skip order was covered and handed out we were ignored.... So we left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in this evening. The kitchen was having some issues and was backed up. We were advised of this right at the order window. About 20 minutes later one of the friendly counter staff came out to apologize and advise us it would be another 10 minutes. We were in no rush and happy to wait. The staff was so lovely and did everything in their power to "make it right". We are very grateful for their efforts. As a business owner myself I totally understand sometimes despite your best efforts things happen. I feel the staff handled the disruption with grace and provided exceptional customer service. Its too bad some of the other patrons this evening who were also treated very well, didn't show more gratitude and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is generally good, but the wait times can be absolutely outrageous. I have also heard the "it will be 5 minutes" and it takes 20-30 minutes. Not to mention I got about 100ml of coke and 3/4 ice in a large cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a break from this location because I was getting terrible tasting food. I decided to revisit it today and it confirmed my previous opinion. Being sold out of hot wings by 12:30 at a chicken place doesnt make sense, so I got tenders and mac & cheese...well the chicken had a raw-like texture (it was cooked) and the mac & cheese not only 1/4 filled in the container but it was so watered down it was mac and cheese water....just terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd time coming to this location. Very very slow service, they will tell you 5 to 6 minute wait... get ready for a 30 minute wait. All 3 times were stupid long wait times. After ordering last night at 7:17 and not getting the food till 7:44 after I was told it would not be any longer the "5-6 mins" I get home to see that they did not get the order right at all got all spicy when asked for half regular, Ordered 16 piece half tenders half chicken. In the boxes was 5 pieces of chicken and 7 tenders.... im no math expert but that count that does not equal 16 pieces. I called to complain to the manager who would not get on the phone. The person who did talk to me was polite and said they would make the missing items up to me. So we will see...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will absolutely never go here again. The incompetents runs rampant. Got our meals home and didn't get what I ordered. Completely wrong! Didn't get my receipts given to me,
so no way to actually even confirm my order number. Which doesn't freaking matter anyways, because when you call the store it goes to a cheery voice mail saying "we would love your feedback! Please leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as possible". This is not the first time I have had problems with this location. Today was a bad day for me and I just wanted comfort food, instead all I did was cry. Thank you Popeye's for making an awful day even worse.
