★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sign says open 6:00am for dining room. Ive gone there twice and they never have it unlocked so I called them and was told the dining room opens 8:00 am. Ft. Saskatchewan A&W needs to change their sign hours and stop inconveniencing customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at a+w sat morning. They had NO HASH BROWNS. that's a staple of breakfast. Older couple was sitting looking frustrated. Gentleman hollerd we been waiting half hour for their food. Wanted money back but staff couldn't find order!! I waited for 20 minutes for two bacon an Eggers. Wanted hash browns. A+W here has gone to the dog's. Service sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the ft Saskatchewan location drive thru on Monday evening for the two papa burgers for $10. I was in a hurry use my tap and didn't notice till I got home that I was charged $16 for the two papa burgers and on top of that they didn't even taste like A&W burger which have been my favorite for 50yrs. Will not go to this location again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold and greasy food. We were staying at a nearby motel needed a meal. The girls attended front counter were great. The meal looked like it had been made quite a bit earlier and was cold and soggy. Mild stomach cramps that evening. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give credit where credit is due. On Thursday morning my daughter and I came here for breakfast and were greeted by a super friendly girl. She was super pleasant and accommodating and wasted no time in preparing our order . I am leaving this comment because sometimes we complain alot about staff being slow and not friendly and food being horrible so I thought it's nice to also recognize the people who make you smile as well and do their job well. Great job to this young girl and just know you made me smile today and that was a great start to my day. The young girls name was Jalessa.
