From our humble origins as breakfast experts – to today’s menu with dozens of modern dishes for any time of the day, Ricky’s is a place where everyone feels at home.
Ricky’s opened its doors in Vancouver in 1962 as Ricky’s Pancake House, famous for buttermilk pancakes, value breakfast specials, and the very best service. Ricky’s expanded in the 1980s to include full lunch and dinner. As well, in 2014, Ricky’s acquired ABC Country Restaurants, a chain that had delivered great country fare for over 40 years. This merge brought together two great brands, both with a rich history of delivering exceptional food and service to Canadian families.
In 2017, the Ricky’s brand further expanded with the launch of Ricky’s Café, a new contemporary café concept with an express burger and sandwich bar and gourmet home meal takeout service. All while still serving the famous breakfasts and high quality lunch and dinner items Ricky’s is known for.
With ongoing expansion, including new locations opening in Alberta and BC, Ricky’s has 85+ locations across Canada to serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally my fave breakfast restaurant, until today. Went in at noon, was told kitchen is behind by 30 mins. Not a problem. Get seated, the host brought us some drinks. 15 mins later, no server. Guys in booth behind leave, booth is cleaned, new family seated, still no server for us. Server takes drinks order for new family. Comes back with drinks for new family seated, and proceeds to take their order. At this point we left, after waiting for 35 mins, we hadn't ordered food, and watched multiple tables be seated and order theirs. Would have waited for over an hour after sitting to eat due to the kitchen being backed up. Will no longer be my go to place, will now be the last place I go.

My favourite breakfast is the breakfast club with so many other great choices as well !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter which Ricky’s you go to you will have a great time! Especially this location, the staff are amazing and the bar side is always aton of fun! Believe it or not, this Ricky’s is the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night in Fort Saskatchewan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy my evening meals here, especially when Tammy is working. She takes darn good care of people and doesn't seem to ever stop moving. The food even comes out better when she's working. It's a great little pub with free pool! What more could you want?!?
