A	Aj C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to use the gym at the Dow Centre. It is a clean and modern facility. Tons of diverse equipment and the membership fees are great. I take my kids to the indoor playground there and I also do a few events at the Centre itself and the facility is spacious and clean. Great place all around.
Y	Yeg Gym Review on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dow Centennial Centre’s name alludes to one of the Fort’s big economic drivers, and has a well rounded gym. The 2nd floor has an oddly shaped track, and most of the generic gym equipment you’d expect to find in a small fitness centre. The main floor has a room that surprised me though, with a spin studio setup, Olympic lifting platform, and a large amount of empty space that can be used for a variety of functional activities. Their drop in rates are some of the lowest I’ve seen, so it’s worth checking out if you’re just passing through.

Soccer field is nice and their workout area looks fantastic. Booster juice is on site as well which is a nice option to have.

There are few racks and some dumbbells in the weight lifting room below downstairs as we. the single flat bench press is a killer they should get two at least

Lol God gave me a healthy body, I should not take it for granted and I should taking care of it. If one part of my body is not working, there's nothing can exchange it or at least to make it the same as before. I don't want to feel regret. That sign, goes a long way. Lol The seating place is quiet big and we can clearly see the turf. Washroom is clean, huge parking lot, QR code needed, booster juice right infront of the front desk, and there is a toddler play area!!! ❤️?
K	Kirk Dewhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great multi purpose recreation facility with an attached theatre. There is lots of parking and easy access to the facilities. Public washrooms are available. There is a play place for children a gym and and exercise and weight area with a running track. There is also an indoor soccer field. My wife and I did not use any of the amenities but were impressed with the building cleanliness.
