★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty basic rink. Wish they had the heat lamps on, it would make being a spectator a lot more comfortable. Also the concession is staffed by volunteers, which makes the service very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The JRC is the best rink in Fort Saskatchewan but it needs some updating. The change rooms are on the small side (but I've seen much worse) and the smell of old hockey equipment is everywhere. The stands have very good sight lines and the lobby is big. Good and ample parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little small town rink. Has a good snack bar. Fries, burgers, hot dogs alll types of snacks for the kids. Coffee etc for adults. Rink has the feel of grass roots hockey. Lots of NHL stars have come from this arena. Loved the atmosphere.
