★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a musician with 56 years experience & have been accused of being a gearhead. Festival Place has the best sounding PA I've ever heard in the soft seater venues. Crisp, clean & you can hear everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is over 2 years in the making thanks to covid. My original purchase was made in December 2019 as a Christmas present. The show, scheduled in March was postponed....rescheduled....rescheduled....more covid, and finally occurred April 2022! Throughout this process the staff at Festival Place were very helpful keeping us informed of date changes, always giving the option to refund the cost if the new dates were not acceptable. I was very happy with their efforts in this regard, but the 5 stars really comes into play on the night of the performance. It was my parents that were attending the show, and by the time the night arrived my mom was now using a wheelchair. The staff were so helpful getting her to her seat, and then they had a great chair check service. They also helped her getting to and from the bathroom at intermission, and then getting her wheelchair again at the end. Just beautiful how they took care of my parents, so they could enjoy the show. Which, by the way, was the Celtic Tenors, and got high praise from all I heard from, not just my parents. My parents were seated at one of the cabaret tables, and they said that was so wonderful. Although it spanned over 2 years, the process was amazing, start to finish!
