Lube City

Went in for an oil change and a check up afer leaving my vehicle parked all winter and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was looked at and never tried to upsell me on anything. Gave honest recommendations and were very friendly, as well as answered any questions I had. Highly recommend this place!

I went to Lube City because I thought my drain plug was leaking and needed a transmission fluid top-up. The person who was going to service my vehicle took a look at my car and told me that it wasn’t my drain plug, but that a gasket was leaking and needed to be changed. He even took me down to the pit to show me on my car. He checked my fluid levels just to be sure. He never charge me for anything and was super nice!!! Most places would just do the service, make you pay $110, and send you on your way. Very good service here!

Very happy my Volkswagen MK5 after fuel.sydtem clean after that runs purring no problem stalls anymore due causes carbon dirty. Usually using premium gas happy with gas mileage almost 800 km than old were 490-600 km. No problem price fair good deals. Will come future

Went in for $45 oil change as advertised. They say I have to use 0-20 oil, and they don't have that available for the $45 special but they have 5-20. I show them owners manual says 5-20 is ok too. This is a brand new car and the first scheduled oil change, I buckle and allow them to up sell me to a $66 oil change. They finish and I go to pay and it's now $93?? WTH!!!. So now it's 3 months later, I've said nothing. I go to do my next oil change and the filter is overtightened so bad I'll need to take it in to a garage to get it removed. SMH... NEVER AGAIN LUBE CITY.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff I needed to have the oil changed on my CX-7 very quickly and it was done in about 7 minutes they also do a small inspection and let you know how things are from what they can see.

Have gone here for almost all of my oil changes and than this time I go . They decide to come out and say your wait time is going to be 30mins to hr, I asked why. The response was well we are going for our break. I said everyone right now is going for a break at 3 pm on Saturday. He replied yes we have been busy. I said to him than throughout the day you should stagger breaks instead of all go on a break coming up in the afternoon. I understand a 12 o clock everyone going for break, not at 3 on a weekend.

It was fantastic. Quick oil and filter change. They were fast, talked to me whole time about the car. Friendly....and I had coupon so saved money as well. Can't go wrong!!!!

I came in and asked them to check the fluid level in my manual transmission. I was told, with attitude, that they could not check the level without a dipstick. I tried to explain to the technician in a calm manner, honestly, that manual transmissions do not have dipsticks. Then he proceeded to tell me that they cannot check anything without a dipstick. I asked politely to speak to the manager, the manager refused to come and speak to me, then the lower Tech asked what they were doing and the upper tech, with attitude again, told him that the customer was being rude and wouldn't give any information. I don't know why this is happening. I just asked politely for the fluid level to be checked in my manual transmission. Now I have to go somewhere else, and I will never ever come here again. Hopefully they can get their staff in line and some proper training. I would not want these clowns to touch my car ever again. @@@@@@ As you can see in their response, they're making it my fault that they do not know what a manual transmission is. Also, I was only frustrated at the end after being a given attitude. Of course I'm was frustrated. I just went in to pay for a service and was treated like garbage. I guess I don't have to be there. My mistake When the employee went to ask the manager to come speak to me, the manager said something to him in another language, then went somewhere else. I didn't know anything was happening. I was literally afraid that you were going to break my car because of your lack of knowledge. No, it is not my fault. No you did not come to speak to me. I did not know there was anything happening with my car. All I know is the person that was about to work on my car, did not know the difference between an automatic and a manual transmission. I went 4 minutes down the road to Jiffy Lube, and they solved my problem in about 5 minutes. Awesome service. They didn't even charge me. I highly recommend.
