★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sold the wrong rotors at a different NAPA. I couldn't find my receipt but the staff were great at getting the invoice from the other store and even priced matched when I came in to exchange them for the right ones. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but they laughed at me while I was walking out because of my mask & glasses. I guess because not ONE of the staff or other customers were wearing any PPE. I guess it's funny that I'm protecting my 86 year old Dad (who was in my car) AND them. I was also the only women customer in the store. Hey, Owner! Want more women to shop at NAPA? Maybe tell your staff not to laugh at them when they show up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some bulk power steering hose they cut for me. Needed 11/32 size they didn’t have. So I got the 3/8 size and did a quick patch job. Hopefully it holds. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE HELP! Had an oddball size bolt that 3 other places couldn't find. Went to Napa and initially they couldn't find the bolt, but they had an odds and ends bin and found the exact ones I needed!! Above and beyond. These guys saved me a trip to who knows where. Awesome customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to NAPA for years because their staff are very knowledgeable and provide great service. One of their staff members even brought it to my attention that a discount was available for me after seeing my company logo on my jacket one day. The store itself is very clean and uncluttered. And if they don't have the parts in stock, they'll have it available the next day if their available from the warehouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are super helpful and friendly. The young man came outside with me to check out my inner liner/ fender to see if i just can use push tacks. He even helped me pick out some items i needed. Cannot say enough positive things about the helpful staff. There are not many young men as impressive as this guy. Thank you to both men that helped me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parts pros on the counter are exceptional and well experienced, you cannot go wrong with any of them.
Had a warranty on a failed part and it was quickly resolved and had my replacement part sooner than expected.
Store Manager is friendly and courteous.
Assistant Manager (Jonas ?) though seems to bring the positive atmosphere down, and feels it is appropriate to yell at his staff in the presence of customers to tell them not to be loud (irony).
Not sure of his skills or abilities as he exudes an unwelcoming persona and lack of professionalism. Thus the 4 star rating.
