★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic local business for engine work and general repairs, brought them my first engine to machine when i was 16 and have used them ever since, the experience of the techs and owner speak for itself. always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile. any bad reviews i call BS, not the shops fault you didnt maintain your vehicle properly and now it needs work. highly recommend Goodguys fort Saskatchewan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a HD trailer mechanic, and not an automotive guy, so my problem was over my head. I had a "check engine" light on, and went to 2 other locations in Fort Sask first, and spent $500 for nothing. No one seemed to know what it was or how to fix it. They just cleared the codes pretended to work on it, and returned my vehicle. I brought it here, to Good Guys Automotive, and voila, problem solved for less than expected. These guys know their engines, and care about the customers. They took the time with me to talk it through and trouble shoot. Then they did their magic. I've sent other people here as well, since my experience, and they both seemed very happy with the service and prices. These guys are true mechanics who love their craft and have fair prices. 10/10 recommend. I'm a lifetime customer now for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very NEGATIVE experience. The customer service was quite horrifying and it was evident there was some gender discrimination as well. Very rude on every occasion. I called prior to making the appointment and mentioned that I still have warranty on my vehicle and need to get some work done and an inspection for any other work needed. The guy stated he has never heard of that before? But that he could get me in. (I’m not sure what part he hadn’t heard of before, I’m pretty sure a lot of people have vehicles that are still covered under warranty and need some work done). Anyway, after the inspection I went in to pick it up after he called me the second time and THEN told me he won’t deal with warranty. (All he needed to do was call my warranty provider and they said they would pay for the repairs with a credit card….and done!) So I get to the shop and tried to figure out what the confusion was. He told me they just won’t deal with my warranty and wouldn’t give me a reason. They charged me $210 for an inspection and then he basically threw the keys at me onto the counter. Very rude. Now I have to take it to another dealership that is competent enough to know what warranty is. But I’ll gladly pay for another inspection with a reputable shop that knows what they’re doing. Tried giving this smaller local shop some business and this is what you get! ?
