When she called they were telling her it would be under a hour, only to then assume they already pulled her out, and then forgot about her. Very disappointing from a company with such great reviews. Update: My wife ended up having a good samaritan pull her out. When I called to let Titan know to no longer bother, no apology, just a "I'll let the guys know, thanks."
R	Randy Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron (I think his name was Ron) from Titan Towing helped me tow an old car to a car shipper using a flatbed tow truck, and was incredibly helpful in the process. We ran into a hiccup with my original plan and Ron saved the day by helping me find an alternative solution. I should also note that while he was unloading my car at the destination (a temporary storage lot), a supervisor at the lot observed, "It's nice to see someone doing this properly!" -- she was referring to the care that Ron took when unloading my car (which is lowered) off the flatbed, ensuring that no parts of my car scraped the bed. Awesome job!

I called Titan and received the best service I have ever experienced from a towing company. They were quick to arrive on scene and dropped the car off at my home. It was quite dangerous on the roads, so they did not require me to be at the vehicle they were towing. The receptionist was awesome to chat with and the guys that towed the vehicle were professional and ensured the car was not damaged by the tow. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
