I called in, told him car trouble he said to bring it in quick to make sure it wasn't anything dangerous, gave the car a quick look over and small tweak then sent me on my way. No trouble at all. Excellent service. Would highly reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone in twice to BeHonest for my 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander - the first job was a brake pad/rotor replacement (after a home attempt stripped the head off a slide pin), and the one I went in for last week (and completed yesterday) for a radiator replacement due to a horrible crack that started spraying coolant all over my engine bay and had me risking overheating and a blown head gasket. Both vists were done well and were extremely fair and competitively priced - the delay of a week for the radiator was due to having to wait for a part to come from the States (that I ordered).
They were the epitome of what you'd expect a professional mechanic to be - clear on what they were working on, making sure I didn't have any questions, letting me know my options while also giving me the benefit of their experience to recommend the best path of action.
I'm very happy with their work, and I'll definitely bring my vehicle back to them in case it develops other problems or required maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last experience with this company was terrible. sadly I just deleted the five star review I was happy to have sent 4 years ago.
I recently had nearly 2000 dollars put into my vehicle there and after around 50kms after repairs I had a total breakdown. Blair was very receptive after letting him know and he even travelled to pick up my vehicle and diagnose the issue. The results of this were not to my satisfaction at all and I ended up selling my vehicle to him for a fraction of what it was worth (and what he originally quoted me for)
I dont totally blame the owner for these issues. The young person he has recently hired named Jordon isnt very good at what he does and I believe if the owner had worked on my vehicle like he did so many times in the past, I wouldnt of had the issues I am faced with now.
I am left in a terrible position of having no vehicle because I put my trust and money with this company which up until now, I have had nothing but praise for. sadly I will not be returning to this company and I wish the best for the owner, Blair, as he is a wonderful person, but after this last experience, I have no trust (or money) left.
