★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the morning of January 9, 2020 at 9:58am. Asked if they could change a rear brake light in a 2012 Toyota Highlander. Said they could. I than asked specifically if they could do it immediately because I had to use the car in a vehicle test. They said they could.
I brought the car in, and after about 10 to 15 mins. They told me they did not have the rear bulb and had to go get it. If I knew they didn't have the bulb, I would have gone to Canadian Tire and got the bulb and replaced the bulb myself.
While they tried to get it done fast, the wasted time getting the bulb was enough time to cause me to miss my appointment.
Waste of $30....
