★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for them, some mentor staff were good with the kids. All the staff had a heart for the kids. But management and upper management were corrupt and heartless when it came to staff. If I was someone applying here, I would look at another youth centre to work at because here you will get treated horribly with 0 vacation to use, 0 sick days to use, and a lot of gossip between staff. If you want to bring your children here just know it is not the healthiest environment, although affordable compared to other places there has been questionable decisions made by staff for the children with regards to what they eat and what’s “still good” to eat after expiration.
