★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one to give negative reviews but this place has been consistently disappointing.
Ugh the ordering errors...meaning I ordered a cheeseburger and ended up getting and paying for 2 double cheesburgers ooor ordering a whopper and getting and paying for a TRIPLE whopper... I know I should have been tipped off by the much higher bill but it adds up and they never give a receipt.
I have also encountered the ridiculous wait when noone is behind you so you can wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes.
I guess if you are really wanting a whopper then clearly this is the place to go... but check your order and be prepared to wait...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last 3 times I've been here I have to wait 10-20 minutes in the parking lot for the food I've ordered from the drive-though. This morning was the last time I'll come to this location, ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and 1 small coffee. Waited 23 minutes, was late for work had to go inside and get a refund. There was ZERO other customers, no sense of urgency. Apparently my sandwich was ready the entire time, and they were waiting on Coffee to brew for 20 minutes. Never go here, just drive across the road to Tim Hortons or Wendy's for a reasonable wait for " fast food".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time we ordered before six people. All six people got their orders and were gone and we were left waiting for a cold meal that wasn't what we ordered. Today I went through drive through for chicken strips and was told they would take six minutes to make fresh and I said that was fine and had to park and wait. I took first bite and they were cold. The second bite I realized the chicken fingers were raw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried to like this place, seems it will never happen. I tell myself each time it will be better. This is by far the worst Burger King I've tried in 30+ years. Messed up our order 3 out of 4 times. Can never get a hot anything. This time, as usual our burgers were cold and the buns were dried out so bad they were falling apart while trying to hold it. Look at the picture. I ate 1/2 and threw the rest out. Pay attention to the temp of your food next time you go here. Will NEVER use this location again.
