★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my favorite tonight. Artichoke and spinach dip. I haven’t ordered it for about 6 months because of financial issues and I was excited to eat it again! I am sorry to say this but it looked disgusting and tasted only like salt. I have ordered it MANY times before and it’s usually a white dip topped with feta cheese and tomatoes. Again I am sorry but it looked like a giant green booger. I thought maybe it got shook in the car or something so I gave it a try. IT IS PURE SALT and that’s coming from someone that puts salt on everything lol. Presentation is important and taste is even more important. I dont know if they are not training the cooks or if management changed but either way I will never eat there again. I have to add that the driver was amazing. He delivered to me many times in the past and he is super nice so I do not blame him at all. The colour and taste was always right before??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed that I paid $20.95 for a steak and couldn't have more than 1 side dish. At least include the fries and offer a vegetable or even put a couple of raw carrots and celery or something. I will be avoiding BP for quite some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a horrendous experience- and I was in the building for less than 10 minutes! I work nearby and placed an order online for pickup, and went in to get it. Along with me at the entrance were a couple of skip drivers, people coming in to be seated. They were all helped by multiple different staff members and when I tried to get one of their attention, I was completely ignored as she walked away. I then stood there for another few minutes while several other servers and kitchen staff noticed me, but said nothing. Finally, a woman who's name I did not get came up to the counter. I explained that I'd been standing there for awhile, and she quickly snapped back "well, everyone's busy," with a bit too much attitude for my liking. I was too shocked to say anything else. It would be one thing to have to wait a little bit longer because everyone was tied up, but the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged or got a "we'll be right with you" at the very least was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and a very large group of dancers came to celebrate here and they were amazing. They were patient, kind, and kept up the good atmosphere. Thank you♡ We had a great time and loved the amazing food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their chicken parmesan was like crispy chicken from kfc with a spoon of pasta sauce on top. Only difference is kfc is tastier than their chicken parmesan. I should have ordered pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chain or not you gotta give props where they are due!! This is the 4th Boston Pizza I've visited and so far I've yet to disappointed in the food!!
P.S. - if you haven't tried there pasta yet you are truly depriving your taste buds of a delectable treat!! I will admit I was kinda skeptical about it at first but the great deal they have on Tuesday for nearly 40% or more off is a steal! Needless to say I am now a believer in BP pasta just as I am there pizzas!!
