★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable in their work, and the price was exceptional too. I already had my iPad mini screen replaced by once before by another company and it cracked the second day after receiving it back, so now I had to replace it again and found Hi-Tech Communications. I called the store to asked the guy if he can do it while I wait for it to be fixed, he said “it’s not a good idea because the glue needs to dry and set, so it’s better to leave it for a couple of days or the screen can pop off and/or crack”! So then I remembered what happened to the iPad from the other repair shop a couple of years back and realized he’s telling the truth :-)! So I went straight there to get my iPad fixed because he seemed to be honest. I’ll pick it up tomorrow, but for now I give 5 stars for honesty and friendly service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing guys! The best prices, top notch customer service and the fastest repairs in southern ontario! Totally worth the drive! One employee actually stayed until 1pm one night to fix my phone and delivered it to me at home at 10:30pm so I could make my early morning flight! ! Love you guys- thank you for years of trusted service, you'll have my business always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Went for just a cracked screen but my home button got replaced and when it was malfunctioning the guy lied and said it was the new apple update. He said his phone was dead when I asked to see if his phone did the same thing. When I said I’ll wait for him to charge it he instead called to whoever supplied the home button and asked for another one. He tried to charge me for the new one. Also not true to the hours posted on the storefront/website. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Straight crooks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been running around all day trying to get my phone fixed and charging again. The amazing worker was able to fix my phone in less then 5 minutes. The service was fast and professional and the worker did not even want payment for the job. I recommend Hi-tech communications to anyone that has any issues with there phone.
