Went in to look at upgrading my phone, she got me even a better deal than I thought I could get and while she was waiting on the phone setup she got me a better deal on my internet, I never asked she just checked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris was very helpful our I phone upgrade. He excelled at assisting with my android phpne and showed me many shortcuts to organizing my calendar. He was multi tasking throughout our visit. A very professional approach taken by all of the service personnel. A great experience all around and very efficient at transferring the necessary files. It was a wonderful experience for us both. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two new iPhone 12, Otter box cases and Zagg screen protectors here. One of the screen protectors cracked after a couple of weeks. Went back with receipt and wanted them to replace it on warranty. They just kept saying you will have to do that at home yourself.They just kept saying we told you at the time of sale. They are sure happy to sell all the stuff to outfit your new phone but if you need help after that good luck. The customer service here is the worst!! I was shocked to find out that Telus Sales Associates would treat people like this. Go somewhere else for your new smartphones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to there store because I need a warranty for my phone I bought from Koodo. I need them to assist me to send it out to Koodo.
They said they don’t do it but they are listed on Koodo’s website. They will sell phone but when it comes to warranty service they won’t help you. Greed. I went to Telus store at 34th & Gateway and they helped me.

However i will keep the last star for now since i had signed a 24 month promotion with the loyalty department, however they say it runs out in Jan but my billing and on the account says March. So notice my surprise when my bill is unexpectedly $40 higher than usual. Not sure if there is hidden fine print or just a comms mistake. However the online chat and even phone agents are always quick to reply, i have had the luck of never waiting too long for assistance. A bit more transparency is needed to gain that fifth star Telus! Otherwise keep up the amazing service!
