J	Julia V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store - find a bunch of items that are sold on those TV infomercials. They have some absolute gems that you can’t find elsewhere in person in store (maybe find some of them online?). The staff are always super helpful and friendly.

S	SSNT PLTT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service. Don't waste your hard earned $$ here, they don't honor their return policy. The receipt clearly shown that you can return your purchase within 30 days with full refund, yet , we returned the item after 22 days, refused to refund , their B.S excuse is that the item is a discounted item. If that was the case, why didn't they state this on the receipt nor did they fully disclose their return/refund policy details before payment. This store is run by trashy con artists.
v	vanilla E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to find another product from their website, but it is discontinued. The woman working there was very helpful and apologized that they discontinued it. I noticed the price signs that say non insiders and insiders. I had to know - and she explained that it is a free email sign up discount to become an insider and save on items. Store is very clean, organized and staff helpful. Was greeted as soon as I came in. Nice atmosphere. I have ordered online from their website and that was exceptional. Got my items delivered to my door without paying shipping. Enjoyed that. This was at Millwoods Town Center shopping center.

She is always there when I go in, shes super helpful and honest about the product. You can tell she is a kind hearted person and it shows. Girl we all appreciate people like you. You deserve a raise!!!!!

Unless you're a member and shop there often(unlike the once every 3 years I go) you're paying full price for something you could get at Walmart or on Amazon for a fraction of the price. The hot chocolate bomb things for example are $7 if you're a non member...you can get a couple cans of hot chocolate mix for that price. You're paying for the novelty and most of the stuff there is just junk that doesn't work ??‍♀️ save your money.
M	Mu Shams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible costumer service, here's why: Okay so their receipt says they have a 30 day return policy right? Well I bought a laptop cooling stand that came with the wrong parts. I called them at least thrice a day and they never picked up, so I went into the store for a refund and they refused and offered me an exchange, which came with A DIFFERENT SET OF WRONG PARTS, and they wouldn't take returns, and offered to exchange it again. This happened in a span of two days. A week and a half later, it stops working, and they still refuse to refund me. They didn't even try to offer a workaround, just straight up shut me down.
