★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in need of a plan which will include AWAY so just went to this store to ask about the options as this is the store where I always go.
And they offered me such a deal that not only I changed my plan right at the spot but also bought a new phone.
Unfortunately, my phone had some issues but they solved it too, to my satisfaction.
Very happy with my latest experience at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to sign a new contract and purchase a new phone. Was told they didn’t have the phone in stock and to go to another Freedom Mobile Store in South Common Went there and it was closed. This store needs to take training in customer service. The guy working there just wanted to play on his computer. Would not recommend going to this location for anything.
Went to another Freedom Mobile Store on 42 Street and 23Ave and was treated very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was honestly quite disappointed here. I came hoping to walk away with a new phone. However, after discussing prices and phone specs and coming up with a plan I had liked, I discovered that they do credit checks (No big deal as my credit is fine) however they refused to sell to me because I don't own a credit card. It's not unheard of for people to not have a credit card, and I find it unusual that a company will refuse to sell you a product (that literally everyone on the planet has) unless you were to provide a credit card.
As such. I was turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new plan and a phone from Millwood freedom store. The lady worked there suggested me plan and a phone. She was very friendly and gave reply to all of my questions patiently. She installed new screen protector on my phone. Due to some reason, I was not satisfied with the screen guard, I went there on second day, and they replace it with another one. Thank you so much for giving me best custom service experience. The entire team is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off, I'm just a very happy customer to begin with, 2 years in. Anyways, today was upgrade time on a budget for the old phone. I expected to only be able to upgrade to a dinosaur or a cheapo. Long story short, walked out with the latest greatest Pixel 5 for WELL under my expected budget. The guys working there were honestly just SO rad to me. Big ups for an excellent experience.
