Everyone is so friendly and they actually had my mattress in stock and even tied it to the roof of my car for me. I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be coming back!!

The owner is a friendly guy and and you don't feel rushed or pressured like those places where the salesman is paid by commission. That's important when you are on a budget.

Situated in a factory setting, with what they specialize in: beds. Mike was honest and very knowledgeable. We fell in love with a king size bed that was very similar to our queen. Mike literally said we couldn't find a better deal anywhere else, and he was right. We compared with other places and they were the best deal. Fast forward to our move day. We were expecting to hear from them to confirm delivery but nothing. When I called, I spoke with Angelo, who admitted there was a mix up and had us scheduled for the wrong date. As we needed a bed tonight, he promised he would deliver after they closed. Lo and behold, after 6pm, Angelo delivered on his promise. He delivered the bed, had set it up for us (on his own, wearing dress clothes) and even gave us two luxury foam pillows as a thank you gift. Super pleased with the quality of service this place offers. They really take care of their customers. Even if there was a mix up, they are quick to admit it and make amends. I recommend to anyone looking for quality products, at very competitive prices, sold by quality staff. Thank you!

In 100% honesty I'm beyond happy with my experience not only were the staff incredible my 8" futon mattress is great exactly what I was looking for!!! So I just wanted to thank sleep factory for the amazing experience we will definitely be back in the future for any of our comfy mattress needs!! ?

I needed a mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom, that doesn’t get used very often, and was feeling pressured at Sleep Country. Sleep factory was my next stop. Very friendly owner welcomed us when we came in. He asked what we were looking for and showed us our options. From there he left us to try all the beds in our own good time. I finally picked one. With the purchase, comes a free set of sheets or a mattress cover. I needed a mattress cover, but they were out, so the owner gave me a more expensive one. The mattress was in stock, so they loaded it in my truck, and I was on my way! The bottom line is they have great customer service, great selection, and I will refer them to anyone looking for a mattress.

On top of that when they installed it they helped us move some other furniture as well. They stayed for dinner! Highly recommend

Not even 3 month later the front rail from the one bed snapped completely in half. When I spoke to the manager of the store he said he would call the manufacturer and see if they had stock. They didn't and the earliest they would be able to get new part would be Wendsday of the following week. When I told the manager by that time the whole bed would probably be apart due to stress put on the rest of the fame do to broken rail I was told If anything else was broken at this point it would not be covered under warranty as it would not be seen as a manufacturers defect.
