★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I need parts I’ve been going to Amre for years, so long that the first time was at their downtown location (I’m old). They have never let me down and have always had the parts I needed. Most recent was a part for an LG dishwasher. Once home, I had it fixed in less than an hour i pnstead of days waiting for an approved LG service technician, and the part was $5. Cheers Amre!

I went to Amre and the gentleman helped me out with my request. He took time to understand my problem and then got me the exact parts that i needed.
Problem solved in less than 10 mins and under $20. Came back fitted the parts on my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a washing machine pump on Tuesday Mar 22 for delivery to the South Edmonton store. We could see online that there was no inventory there but other stores had several and we assumed Amre would transfer one for pick up. When we followed up on Thursday Mar 24 we were told that Amre doesn't do intra company transfers and we are waiting on a back order which given supply chain issues could take weeks to receive. Naturally we can not wait for weeks to do our laundry so the CSR offered to see if one of the stores would send one to Edmonton. So far we have heard nothing.
We have been customers of Amre for several years buying parts to repair our appliances and we are extremely disappointed in the misleading and poorly managed on line ordering system. In this day and age it is easy to order from Amazon but we like to support local vendors where possible. I expect we will have to cancel our order and go elsewhere. Rest assured we will be taking our other business with us.
